Coordination of Documents Requiring Signature
Coordination of Utility/Mailbox Information to Clients or Selling Brokerage (as applicable)
Communication w/Lender throughout Transaction
Review of Settlement Statement
Schedule Client Closing Appointment
File Submission for Compliance to Broker for Approval
Update Listing Status in MLS
Congratulatory Email sent to Clients w/Transaction Documents
